I've just expanded my Bootcamp partition succesfully, however I can no longer view the PC side (NTFS formatted) of my external hard drive. I can now view the Mac side, but this is not very useful as all my data is on the PC side! I have checked the external drive, and on another PC, I can see the drives I would expect (i.e. only the PC side). My other hard drive (also split) is working fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am at a bit off a loss. Have tried rebooting Windows, reformatting the PC side of the hard drive all to no avail.

First I considered using a standard SSD to offload some MacOS apps to gain some space. Jul 06, 2019 Plug in your external drive and attach it to Parallels. Install and launch WinToUSB. Select the Windows 10 ISO, and Windows 10 Free, and your external drive. To do this, open Disk Utility and connect the drive to your Mac. Under External in the left hand menu, click on your external hard drive and then click on the Erase button. Make sure you backup any data before you erase the drive. When you click Erase, a dialog will pop up where you can configure some options.
